Easter Bunny Totes with Pom Pom Tail and Sunday Stach

Sunday stash fabric today is nothing exciting. Lots of natural eco-cotton, unbleached, with some of the husks showing, unworthy of a picture really.

But here is what I made with it:

These bags were so much fun to make

Do you like the pom pom tail?

I went for a dense satin stitch on the applique

I had never stitched handles like this before, very pleased with the result.

I also made another bunny themed basket

A gift for a lovely lady.

....and the last of my foxy fabric made into a basket

Happy Sunday!

Easter Bunny Silhouette Drawstring Pouch and Foxes

Happy Sunday everyone!

The bunny craze continues. Do you remember the Bunny Drawstring Pouch from a few days ago?
I just had to make some more
This novelty stamps fabric depicts cats and lowers

Riley Blake Chicks Fabric

 All of them together=Bunny Love

I hand embroidered the noses and eyes again- it was really hard work but worth it I think

I also played around with a couple more versions

Lined Silhouette Bunny Drawstring Bag

I just bought this sparkly pink ribbon today.

and an unlined "budget" version

which ended up taking longer to make than the lined version...

and needs a pom pom tail, which I have not been able to find in the local craft shop yet
...because I  hate raw edges so I decided to try a Hong Kong seam which turned out more like a French seam or some other thing I do not know the name for. Eventually all the raw edged were neatly enclosed.

A fox fabric basket, just because

I still love foxes.

See you soon.

Easter Bunny Drawstring Pouch with Big Bunny Ears

Bunny Pouch

Have had this in my mind to make for weeks. Tweaked the design over and over and came up... with this!

Easter Treats Rabbit

Cute Bunny Drawstring Bag -handmadebyevarose
Made with 100% cotton, he is fully lined. The drawstring casing is attached to the exterior panels. Used bondaweb and applique stitched the blue polka dot on the ears. Curved the bottom edges for a cute effect.

Do you like Mr Bunny? I think he is sweet.

Heart Themed Gift Bags for Valentine

I have just signed up for my first ever craft market at the end of this month and I am thinking Valentine's!

So many lovely ideas for things to sew, but these bags will be on my list for sure

and the reverse, red hearts on burlap

If you want to make them, Hearts Gift Bag Tutorial by sew4home is brilliant.

Have you got any other suggestions what to take in a craft market?
